Snap Stickers is an online retailer specializing in custom-printed stickers, personalized designs, sticker sheets, premade stickers, and related products.

Snap Stickers offers custom stickers, personalized templates, premade sticker designs, and related products.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, dimensions, materials, colors, pricing, and availability accurately.

However, colors may appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting, printing materials, and manufacturing processes.

Product availability, specifications, and prices may change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel or decline orders when necessary, including orders affected by obvious pricing or listing mistakes. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, we will issue an appropriate refund.

4. Custom Designs and Uploaded Artwork

Customers may upload images, logos, text, photographs, or other artwork through our website and Design Studio.

By uploading or submitting artwork, you confirm that:

• You own the artwork or have the necessary permission to reproduce it.

• Your submitted content does not infringe another party's copyrights, trademarks, or other rights.

• Your content does not violate applicable laws.

• You authorize Snap Stickers to use the submitted content as necessary to process, produce, and fulfill your order.

You retain ownership of your original artwork.

Snap Stickers does not claim ownership of customer-submitted designs simply because they are uploaded to our website.

We may refuse artwork or orders that we reasonably believe violate applicable laws, intellectual property rights, or our content standards.

5. Design Studio and Digital Tools

Our online Design Studio allows customers to create, customize, upload, preview, and save sticker designs.

Design previews are intended to help customers visualize their products. Minor differences may occur between digital previews and finished printed stickers.

Customers are responsible for reviewing spelling, names, dates, QR codes, image placement, dimensions, and other personalization details before completing an order.

Customers should verify that QR codes and other scannable elements function correctly before placing an order.

Although we strive to maintain reliable tools, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the Design Studio or that every uploaded file will be compatible with every feature.

We recommend keeping personal backups of important artwork.

6. Artwork Quality and Printing

Customers are responsible for submitting artwork that is suitable for their intended print size.

Low-resolution images, compressed graphics, and certain file types may produce reduced print quality.

Snap Stickers may contact customers when artwork requires clarification or adjustment.

We may make reasonable technical adjustments necessary for printing and cutting, including scaling, positioning, and production preparation.

We will not intentionally make substantial creative changes to customer artwork without appropriate authorization.

7. Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

All prices are displayed in US dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be presented during checkout.

Payments are processed through Shopify and supported payment providers.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance if an error, payment issue, suspected fraud, or production limitation prevents fulfillment.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution or refund.

8. Production and Shipping

Many Snap Stickers products are manufactured after an order is placed.

Production and delivery estimates are approximate unless we expressly guarantee a specific date.

Shipping times may vary depending on order complexity, quantity, destination, carrier operations, and other circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Snap Stickers currently offers a 30-day return window beginning on the date of delivery for eligible unused products, including custom and premade stickers, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers are responsible for standard return shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled, please contact us so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Order cancellations or changes may be requested before production begins but cannot always be guaranteed.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Intellectual Property

The Snap Stickers name, website design, original graphics, branding, software interfaces, and other company-created materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless otherwise permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our proprietary content without authorization.

Customers retain their rights to artwork they independently own and submit for printing.

Purchasing a product does not automatically transfer ownership of Snap Stickers' original artwork, software, templates, or other intellectual property.

11. Customer Accounts and Saved Designs

Certain features may require a customer account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

Our website may allow customers to save and reopen designs. We do not guarantee indefinite retention or availability of saved artwork.

We may suspend or restrict accounts used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity.

12. Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party services for ecommerce, payment processing, hosting, shipping, analytics, and other business functions.
